Columbia Care had a new CBD product but they wanted to show it to different audiences that would be interested in CBD but don’t realise it yet. Columbia Care is one of the largest cannabis businesses in the US but they wanted to take themselves out of that “cannabis” niche and align themselves as a wellness brand.
Bark created an influencer outreach activity where over a thousand influencers were contacted. There wanted to be a widespread awareness created for Columbia Care with influencers from all different demographics being contacted to create content for them. These different content creators were able to reach many different demographics in their audience that would be introduced to Columbia Care’s many different products and change their perceptions of CBD products. This led to over 500 influencers agreeing to a collaboration with 270 stories created.
